Under the management of winemaker Horacio Vicente, Viña San Esteban continues to change and improve as the demand for quality wines increases in world markets.

In 1996, Viña San Esteban expanded and renovated its winery, implementing the latest technology available for the care and storage of its wines.

With a 2.5 million liter capacity, Viña San Esteban houses ample, ventilated cellars where it is able to combine modern technology with traditional procedures in wine production. The latest systems of pressing and refrigeration allow for a gentle extraction of the juice and strict temperature control during the fermentation and stabilization of the wine.

Furthermore, Viña San Esteban uses French oak barrels of the most prestigious cooperage for the ageing and maturation of its Reserve wines.
